General
Section titled “General”- Interface language and learning language;
- Appearance: light / dark;
- Learning goals;
- Keyboard shortcuts: rebind any action, or reset to defaults.
AI services
Section titled “AI services”Enjoy uses AI for four jobs, and each can use a different provider:

| Text generation (LLM) | Translation, smart and contextual translation, dictionary, chat |
| Speech recognition (ASR) | Timestamped transcripts for material without subtitles |
| Speech synthesis (TTS) | Shadowing material, ebook read-aloud |
| Pronunciation assessment | Pronunciation score (needs phoneme-level scoring; uses Azure Speech) |
Three kinds of provider
Section titled “Three kinds of provider”| Provider | Notes |

| Enjoy API | Default. Works out of the box and uses credits |
| Local (free) | Runs models in your browser; needs a download first and a capable device |
| BYOK | Bring your own API key and endpoint. Keys are stored only on your device and never sent to Enjoy’s servers |
