Ebooks & courses

Import an .epub or .txt into the Library (sign-in required). It opens in a paged reader:

  • A table of contents drawer jumps between chapters; reader settings change theme (light, parchment, dark), font size and layout.
  • Select-to-translate: select any word or sentence for the translation panel; mouse and touch both work.
  • Your last position and bookmarks are restored.

TXT files are decoded as UTF-8, UTF-16 or GB18030; chapter markers such as “Chapter N” or “第X章” become the table of contents, and files without markers are split into equal-sized sections.

The reader can read sentence by sentence (TTS) and highlights the sentence being read. Keys while reading:

Action Key
Play / pause Space
Previous / next sentence A / D
Slower / faster Shift+, / .
Toggle shadowing E
Record / stop R
Replay my take G
Pronunciation score V
Pitch contour comparison P

Turn pages with ← / →.
