Credits & plans
AI features that use the Enjoy API (translation, speech recognition, speech synthesis, pronunciation score, chat…) spend credits. Your own key (BYOK) or local models don’t — see Settings & AI services.
Daily allowance

Every plan has the same features; the only difference is daily credits. Paid plans also include Anki export.
Credit packs
Section titled “Credit packs”If you’d rather not subscribe, buy permanent credits once, without changing your plan:

Checking usage
Section titled “Checking usage”Account → Credits lists every charge: time, service (speech synthesis, speech recognition, translation, text generation, assessment), credits required and remaining, and whether it was allowed. Filter by date and service.
Out of credits
Section titled “Out of credits”AI features show a friendly message with the credits needed, credits remaining and reset time, plus a link to plans and packs. You can also:
- wait for the next daily reset;
- buy a pack or upgrade your plan;
- switch to BYOK or a local model.
